    HOW AND WHERE TO GET THE TICKET:

  • Direct Sales: 12,00 €
      • If you want pay with cash you must go to the direct ticket Alhambra office in.
      • If you want pay with credit card you must do it at the tickets machines: Check the accepts cards on the tickets machines (don't accept virtual credit card) and to get the tickets must insert your PIN code (Personal Identification Number). With this option you will be charged with 1€ of management fees.
         
    • The ticket office located in teh Acces Pavilion of the Monumental Complex, within the timetable indicated in timetables.
    • The ticket is valid only for one day, the purchase day of the ticket.
    • Payment in cash (Ticket Office) and credit card (at the tickets machines sevicaixa).
    • As it is direct sale and it is effective from the moment of the purchase, it is not possible to modify the date or time of the visit, nor the cancellation of the ticket.
    • Due to the huge demand and the limited number of visitors every day, we recommend you reserve your tickets in advance.

  • You can buy tickets three months in advance from the day of the visit..

  • The tickets purchased by phone or internet only will be picked up in the terminals provided in the recint and in the ticket office from Alhambra within its opening time. You will need the card used for the purchase.
  • Very important. About buying in advance:

    *One the purchase is made, changes or refunds are not allowed.

    *If you want to visit the Alhambra with your family, friends... and you are more than 10 persons, please, note that the booking system from La Caixa doesn't allow you to book more than 10 tickets per person. In this case, you will have to buy the tickets in two times, and the system will give you two different times for the visit to the Nasrid Palaces, so you won't be able to visit everything all together and you will entry according to the timetable indicated on your tickets.

    About Nasrid Palaces Visit

    The access to the nasrid Palaces is differnt from all the rest of the monument. You only can access within the half-hour provided in your ticket, because the capacity of the area is restricted to 300 persons every half-hour. If you don't entry within this half-hour you will lose the right to visit them , although you can stay inside the rest of the monument..

    Please be aware that the last pass for the Nasrid Palaces finish one hour before the closing time of the monument, and it takes  at least 30 minutes, so you shoul visit first Generalife and Alcazaba.
